Upon arrival at Chennai airport, our representative will welcome you and take you to the hotel. After quick refreshment you can set out for your sightseeing tour in Chennai. Visit the places like, Santhome Cathedral, Freemasons Hall, Government Museum, Kamaraj Memorial House, MGR Memorial, Thousand Lights Mosque, Valluvar Kottam, War Memorials, etc. In the evening enjoy the visit to the Marina Beach, the second longest beach in the world. Early morning after breakfast you will be driven to Tirupati. Upon arrival, check in a hotel. The Tirupati Balaji Temple is located on Tirumala hills known as Seshachalam or Venkatachalam. This temple has a long history which is several centuries old. The architecture is an example of Dravidian temple architecture with a Large Gopuram or tower. The Kings of the Chola, Pandya and Pallava Empire were devotees of Lord Vishnu. They compete with each other to finance the temple and offered rich presents and gifts. The worshipping tradition was prescribed by Saint Ramanujacharya and it is still being followed by devotees. Have Darshan of the Lord Balaji and offer your prayers. You have to take a long queue to have a glimpse of the shrine as thousands of pilgrims visit the temple in a Day. Also visit some other temples located on Tirupati temple town, the most famous one is Sri Varahaswami Temple. Have dinner and stay overnight at Tirupati.
